Of the numerous forms of Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga
is based on powerful deep breathing and heat.
It is the breath that controls your whole practice, this links the body
to the mind; bringing self awareness and self improvement.
It is breath that generates Heat, Energy, Strength, Stamina, Balance and Flexibility for the body.
Mentally breath develops deep Relaxation, Concentration, Discipline and Patience.
Stuart works personally with each student, eventually using adjustments (Mysore Style), thus optimising nerve alignment (Opening Nadis / Energy Flow).
With over 12 years experience he can recognise nerve blockages throughout the body, (bringing better awareness to the student) thus allowing freeing and unblocking of nerves (Nadis) in base form.
After time, when your foundation of breath is established, it is then possible to learn advanced breathing techniques, working with ujjayi breath and the use of bandhas. This gives more focus and improves practice tremendously.
