Whereas ‘Hot yoga’ or ‘Bikram yoga’ classes are usually practised at room temperature of 113°F (45°C), we believe that this level of heat makes deep breathing difficult, so we work at 95°F (35°C), which is perfect to get a good personal working temperature and therefore take maximum benefit from the Dynamic Yoga series.
Stuart Tranter is a Dynamic Yoga teacher based in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, UK. Dynamic Yoga is one of the most universal forms of Hatha Yoga and is practised in a hot studio so that we can work at our optimum levels.
You can enjoy the additional benefits of safely burning calories, melting away any unwanted body fat. The hot studio encourages you to sweat more, thus flushing out and cleansing toxins from your body.
